Tracey Medlock currently serves as Executive Sales Manager for GlennLock Foods, LTD, and is primarily responsible for developing and managing all corporate catering opportunities.   Additionally, Mrs. Medlock assists with the daily financial tasks associated with owning and operating fast-casual restaurants.  Her many years of business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales experience have given Mrs. Medlock the skill set needed to succeed in the food service industry.

Mrs. Medlock has had a distinguished leadership career in marketing and sales for both large and small corporations.  Her fifteen year career combines strong sales expertise with broad business experience – all gained through various executive level finance and marketing positions.  

Prior to joining GlennLock Foods full-time, Mrs. Medlock served as an Account Executive at CBS Radio Houston, MetLife and G.E. Capital Corporation. Over the years, she has also received many distinguished recognitions and performance-based awards.  

Tracey Medlock is a graduate of Purdue University's Krannert School of Management and is a lifelong member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Mrs. Medlock and husband, Jason Medlock, have three sons.
