Reginald Coachman is Chief Operating Officer of GlennLock Foods, Ltd. As COO, Coachman is responsible for the strategic growth, direction, financial performance and operational execution of the company. The veteran executive brings nearly 30 years of experience in the food & beverage industry to the leadership team at GlennLock Foods.

Prior to joining GlennLock Foods, Coachman directed corporate and field operations for Concessions International (CI), an $80 million dollar hospitality management company specializing in airport concessions. As the face of CI, Coachman nurtured and managed relationships with franchisers, landlords and subtenants, while keeping a continuous eye on the entire company's operation through the implementation of a financial and people management system, monitoring the day-to-day performance of the entire business.

Coachman has also served as executive vice president & COO, CI, vice president and COO of Atlanta Franchise Development Company (d/b/a Church's Chicken), president of CBS Foods LLC (d/b/a Church's Chicken), district manager/zone director of Church's Chicken, and director of Human Resources/region manager of Carglen, Inc. (d/b/a Arby's Roast Beef Restaurants).

Coachman has a bachelor's degree in public management and pre-law from the University of South Florida and studied public management at Florida State University. He has been involved in the Airport Council International, American Association of Airport Executives, Airport Minority Advisory Council, Multicultural Foodservice, Hospitality Alliance, Texas and Georgia Restaurant Associations, and the Atlanta Community Food Bank-Atlanta's Table board of directors.

 

Coachman is married to Darlene W. Coachman and has one daughter and three sons.
