Jason Medlock is president and managing partner of 3131 Properties, Ltd., a leader in commercial real estate development. Medlock also leads four of the subsidiary-branded companies within the 3131 Properties, Ltd. portfolio: GlennLock Foods, Dallas Sports Agency, 3131 Houston WFC and GlennLock Construction Group

For over a decade, Mr. Medlock and his business partner NFL All-Pro football player Aaron Glenn developed these multi-million dollar businesses from ground zero.

A former professional football player, Medlock's track record of business speaks for itself. Medlock negotiated a $100 million franchise development agreement with Dallas-based William's Fried Chicken and has been highly successful in expanding the Frenchy's brand throughout the greater Houston community. Additionally, Medlock lead 3131 Properties in the development of two major retail centers in the Sugar Land Community and one retail center in Katy, Texas.

Medlock has received numerous honors for his dedication and commitment, including the Dallas Urban League's Torch Award, a recognition highlighting his achievement in the field of business and contribution to the community; Houston's Forty Under Forty; The Pinnacle Award; and a certificate of Congressional Recognition. Additionally, Medlock is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.

Medlock's passion for sports and football, have caused him to never really leave the game. He is a registered contract advisor with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and the Canadian Football Players Association. Medlock is the lead agent for the Dallas Sports Agency, which represents a portfolio of player in the NFL and CFL.

Medlock holds an associate degree in education from Navarro Junior College, a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a masters degree in liberal arts from Texas Christian University. He is also a certified Graphic Designer and a member of the International Shopping Center Association.

Medlock and his wife, Tracey, have three sons.
