3131 Properties, Limited was formed in 1999 to showcase the expertise, diversity and innovation of NFL Pro Bowler Aaron Glenn and sports agent Jason Medlock, the company's founders. Infusing the business with their unique sensibilities and shared backgrounds, the two business partners maintain a portfolio of subsidiary-branded companies. Those projects include hospitality management, residential, franchise acquisition, construction, sports management, retail center development and graphic design.  A nonprofit foundation benefiting Houston youth rounds out the company's portfolio.
